Registration Services are being provided by USU Event Services at Utah State University.

Registration Fees

    Full Conference Registration
  • Regular - $50 per person
  • Student - $30 per person
  • Retiree - $30 per person
    Included in Full Registration:
  • Access to all prerecorded talks for 1 month
  • Access to the virtual field trips
  • Access to the live social on April 19th
  • Access to the Plenary, panel, and live Q&A Discussions
  • Access to the commercial exbibits
    Single-day Conference Registration
  • Regular - $25 per person
  • Student - $15 per person
  • Retiree - $15 per person
    *Included in One-day registration:
  • Access to all prerecorded talks for 1 month
  • Access to the virtual field trips, Plenary talks, panels, and events of the DAY you register.
  • Access to the commercial exhibits

Method of Payment

Full payment in U.S. currency is required with registration. The following form of payment is accepted:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club (Must be entered online or called in. For your security – do not write down your credit card number to mail it.)

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received via email to register.online@usu.edu prior to April 15, 2021 to qualify for a refund, less a $20 processing fee for regular registrations and $12 processing fee for student and retiree registrations. No refunds will be given after that date. Substitutions with no change of payment will be accepted at no charge (if change of payment or new payment is required a $20 processing fee will be charged). Utah State University and the conference sponsoring organization reserve the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limit their liability to registration refunds only.
