STUDENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAMA select number of student volunteer positions are open for the 2015 annual meeting. Student volunteer positions range from concurrent session monitors to registration assistants. Conference registration as a student is the main qualification for participation. To help defray expenses, students will be paid an honorarium to thank them for their service as a volunteer. Honorariums are $35 per concurrent session for monitors, and $50 per half-day registration shift. To volunteer, check the student volunteer box when you register for the conference and you will be notified of shift openings 30 to 45 days prior to the conference. Note that non-U.S. volunteers will have a mandatory 30% withheld from their honorarium per U.S. tax regulations. |
