Late Registration or Registration at the meeting: Price will increase by $75 for Regular; $50 for Students and Companions.

Activities included in the registration:
  • Opening Social – Sunday, September 16, 2018
  • Banquet – Tuesday, September 18, 2018
  • Tour – Wednesday, September 19, 2018
  • All coffee/snack breaks
  • Digital copy of proceedings
    • *Companion registration includes the Opening Social, Banquet, and Tour.

Registration Deadline August 1, 2018

Abstracts will not be accepted without a valid registration. Letters of invitation will be sent upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel, less a $50 processing fee. Written cancellation requests must be received on or before August 15, 2018. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions with no change of payment are allowed.
