Increase software security and safety by enabling C++ deterministic memory control
Mr. Bettens is a senior technologist with over 33 years of professional experience with Raytheon Company in the Aerospace and Defense business, both foreign and domestic, civil and military that keeps him grounded. He also has 23+ years with California State University Fullerton University’s Extended Education department where he has been fortunate enough to research and teach the most current applications of C++. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an SOA Certified Architect, an OMG Certified Enterprise Architect, and although he is a Certified Java programmer, C++ is his native tongue. He is a senior software safety and security leader responsible for multi-million lines of Command and Control, Navigation, and Critical Infrastructure & Boarder Security source code deployed worldwide. He sits on CSUF's UEE C++ Advisory Board where he defined its C++ Certification curriculum.
