Aggie Games & Aggie Ice Cream

  • Two hours of outdoor revelry, games and Aggie ice cream.

Dance with our live DJ

  • 2 ½ hours of evening entertainment with light refreshments. Rest assured that our DJ selects music appropriate for youth conferences.

Meeting facilities and basic audio-visual equipment

  • Classrooms, auditoriums and meeting rooms will be scheduled based upon your needs and availability. Basic audio-visual equipment is included. Some restrictions apply and certain equipment requests may require a fee.

USU Conference Coordinator

  • You're in good hands with our professional staff. We have over 26 years of combined experience, and we'll assign one of our coordinators to work with you throughout the planning process and to assist you onsite.

Planning and resource materials

  • Upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit and registration form we will send you a copy of the Utah State Youth Conference Planning Guide. This guide is filled with worksheets, planning agendas, checklists, and resource materials to ensure your event is successful.

Online Lodging Assignments

  • We make the room assignment process easy! You'll simply complete the information online using our secure Lodging Room Assignment Worksheet. You will be provided with a password after we confirm your reservation.
