Available Dates & General Information
The Utah State Summer Youth Conference schedule is Thursday through Saturday, or Friday through Saturday. We will, however, be happy to accommodate you at any time during the week, as facility availability permits. Dates are available May 27 - August 2, 2008.
The standard conference agendas have been developed to include the most popular youth conference activities at the lowest possible prices. The fee for the two-day and three-day conference package includes food, lodging, Aggie Games, a dance, and meeting facilities for workshops and activities held on campus. Prices are based on a minimum group size of 50 participants, including adults. Each group must guarantee a minimum of 50 participants. You may register smaller group sizes; however, you will be billed for 50 people even if your actual group size is smaller. If your group does not meet the minimum participant requirement, and in an effort to share expenses, we suggest finding another organization with which to combine in order to bring the total number of participants to at least 50.
Insurance
We require all groups to obtain general liability insurance for their own protection from lawsuits by participants or injured third parties. The general liability insurance must be at least $500,000 per occurrence, naming Utah State University as co-insured in the policy, with a three-day notice of cancellation provision. A copy of the insurance certificate must be provided to Utah State University 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Your completed request form serves as your agreement to comply with this requirement.
Registration Deposit & Availability
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to secure your reservation. Dates will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by date of deposit, depending on availability of campus facilities. We reserve the right to adjust times and locations of activities and meals to accommodate university scheduling.
How to reserve your dates
Before sending a non-refundable $300.00 deposit, contact a USU Youth Conference Coordinator for available dates by calling (435) 797-0860. Then, to guarentee your conference date, complete the Request Form and submit it along with your $300.00 non-refundable deposit using one of our convenient registration methods. Upon receipt of your completed Request Form and deposit, we will confirm your dates with a receipt and a planning packet sent directly to you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required in writing. Your written cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the program start date in order to receive any payments made less your $300.00 non-refundable deposit. No refunds are issued less than 60 days prior to the program start date.
