We know as well as you that youth and adults alike prefer to choose their own roommates. To allow your group this level of flexibility we have developed our Online Lodging Room Assignment System. These online pages allow you to designate a chaperone for a set of rooms and then assign participants to each room. This way you are certain your participants are lodged with their requested roommates and you determine which chaperones oversee each set of rooms.

The Online Lodging Room Assignment pages are password protected and require a password. The password is provided to you in the confirmation packet you will receive in the mail once we have confirmed your group and conference dates. If you have received your confirmation packet please refer to the Appendix of the Utah State Summer Youth Conference Planning Guide. The password has been entered on page number 30 entitled ‘Room Assignment Instructions.'

NOTE: No changes in room assignments can be made onsite. Please make sure your adult leaders and youth participants are aware of this in advance.

Login Expiration Date
Each password expires at midnight on the Monday prior to your event. Therefore, we recommend you complete this process the week preceding your conference. No substitutions can be made online once your password has expired. Any changes made after this date must be made onsite during check-in with your coordinator.
