Food Menus

Our staff, in conjunction with Utah State Food Services, have developed crowd pleasing menus to fit budget-minded youth conference planners.

Special Dietary Considerations
If you have participants with special dietary needs, please complete the Special Dietary Considerations Form (pdf) and submit it to your coordinator. The completed form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your arrival.

Big Blue Cookout
He's our beloved school mascot and this hearty meal is named in his honor.
A ¼ lb. Grilled hamburger, au gratin potatoes, brownies, hamburger buns, ketchup, mustard, pickles and lemonade.

Picnic Lunch
Freshly made sandwiches and just-baked cookies make this lunch a winner!
Two sandwich choices: Turkey/American or Ham/American, whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, pickle, potato chips, chocolate chip cookie, mustard and mayo packets and beverage.

Pizza Lunch
Everyone loves pizza and this lunch is always a tasty success!
Pizzas with a variety of toppings, tossed salad, and beverage.

Light Refreshment Break
No sweet tooth can resist our chocolate brownies and cookies!

Italian Pasta Buffet
Two different pastas, Two different sauces, breadsticks, tossed salad, fruit pie and a beverage.

Italian Pasta Supreme Buffet
Lasagna, Spaghetti, Fettuccini, Marinara and Alfredo Sauces, breadsticks, tossed salad, fruit pie, and a beverage.

Carved Ham Buffet
Carved ham, potato casserole, vegetable, tossed salad, rolls w/butter, fruit pie and a beverage.

Teriyaki Chicken Buffet
Teriyaki chicken, rice pilaf, vegetable, tossed salad, rolls w/butter, fruit pie and a beverage.

Enchilada Casserole
Cheese Enchiladas, Pinto Beans, Torilla chips and salsa, Spanish rice, tossed salad, fruit pie and a beverage.
