4-H Adventure Camp is an outdoor, challenge-filled camp for 7th and 8th grade youth. You'll enjoy the rapel tower, leadership reaction course, caving, camping, Thanksgiving Point activities, Cabellas, shooting sports, and GPS (global positioning system) navigation. Come join us for three days in the great outdoors!

  1. Download and complete the registration forms below (pdf) return it to the address on the form with full payment.

  2. Call Registration Services at (435) 797-0423 or 1(800) 538-2663. They will register you with a Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover or AMEX Card Number.
