Registration Information - 4 WAYS TO REGISTER:
1.) Register On-line with our secure server.
If you register online, you MUST also download the following forms and send/fax or bring to camp:

2.) Download and complete the registration forms below (pdf) return it to the address on the form with full payment.

3.) Call Registration Services at (435) 797-0423 or 1(800) 538-2663. They will register you with a Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover or AMEX Card Number.
