Courtney Flint -
Bio: Courtney Flint is an Associate Professor of Natural Resource Sociology at Utah State University. Her research focuses on how communities and respond to risks and opportunities in changing landscapes and natural resource conditions. She is a Co-PI on the iUTAH Project, a large NSF-funded water sustainability research project as well as on a new interdisciplinary graduate training program in climate adaptation science Utah State University.

Laura Briefer -
Bio: Laura Briefer is the Director of Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities (SLCDPU). Ms. Briefer has worked at SLCDPU for more than eight years in various areas of the organization and has 22 years professional experience in natural resource and environmental professions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Ms. Briefer is a co-author of two recently published papers focused on the water resources and watershed management of the central Wasatch Mountains.

Paul Lindhardt -
Bio: Paul Lindhardt is the Water/Wastewater Division Manager for the City of Logan, where his division operates and maintains the culinary water system and the wastewater collection system. He graduated from Utah State University in May of 2006 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Paul received his Professional Engineering license in 2010
