ABSTRACT INFORMATION
'Water Conservation in Utah' Plenary Speaker Abstract: Joshua Palmer is the Section Manager for the Water Efficiency, Education and Engagement (WE3) Section of the Utah Division of Water Resources. The Division recently created this section to take water conservation, education and public engagement to the next level. Joshua will talk about some of the things the division is doing in order to bring Utahns together to better collaborate about, understand and conserve water.

PRESENTER(S): Joshua Palmer - Bio: Joshua Palmer has a background in public administration, public involvement, conflict resolution and public relations. He worked for several years as a consultant before joining the Utah Division of Water Resources in 2015. Since joining the division, Joshua became the Section Manager over the Water Efficiency, Education and Engagement Section. Joshua loves all things water, and is excited about Utahns working together to solve Utah’s water challenges. He has an undergraduate degree in public relations, and is working on achieving his MPA.
