Whether it's fine dining, a buffet or a cookout, USU's Certified Executive Chefs are dedicated to providing you with excellent food and an exceptional experience. Choose from a variety of menu items or design a menu with cuisine and décor personalized for your event. A selection of our most popular menus is available below, however, it is not a comprehensive list.

INDIVIDUAL DINING

 A variety of dining options are available for participants when group meals are not provided. All of the following venues are located in the Taggart Student Center near the Eccles Conference Center.

• The Marketplace --A food court offering a variety of entrée choices including Mexican, pasta, fresh sub sandwiches, vegetarian entrees, tortilla wraps, a daily special, and a soup and salad bar.
• The Hub --A food court offering a variety of fast food options including Pizza Hut, Taco Time, Hogi Yogi, Teriyaki Stix, The Grill, and Hazel's Bakery featuring home made breads.
• Caffé Ibis --A gourmet coffee house offering specialty coffees, teas, cappuccinos, espressos and lattes.
• Sky Room --A restaurant located on the top floor with a quiet, business-casual atmosphere and a beautiful view of the mountains. Choose the Soup & Salad Bar, or order from the menu.
• Quick Stop --A convenience store where you can pick up a hot dog, some nachos, candy bar, or a soft pretzel and pour yourself a drink. You can also pick up a variety of convenience items.
